Daily Program Schedule


Morning Program


7:00 a.m. – Arrival & Breakfast Children arrive to a warm, welcoming environment where they enjoy a nutritious breakfast and calming morning games. This time helps students ease into the day, socialize with peers, and prepare mentally for school.
7:45 a.m. – School Transportation Students board the Yachad Kids Academy Bus, buckle in safely, and are transported directly to their local elementary schools. Our supervised transportation ensures a smooth and secure start to the school day.

After School Program


12:30–1:00 p.m. – Arrival Back at Yachad Kids Academy
Students return to Yachad Kids Academy after a busy school day and transition into a relaxed, supportive environment.

1:00–1:30 p.m. – Lunch Time
Children enjoy lunch with their peers, giving them time to refuel, relax, and unwind before afternoon activities.

1:30–3:30 p.m. – Free Time & Enrichment
This block includes a balance of indoor and outdoor activities such as:

  • Memory and brain-building games

  • Story time and reading activities

  • Creative play and outdoor movement


This flexible time encourages imagination, social interaction, and healthy physical activity.


3:30–4:00 p.m. – Afternoon Snack
A nutritious afternoon snack is provided to help children stay energized and focused.


4:00–5:30 p.m. – Homework Support with a Teacher
Children complete homework with direct teacher supervision and assistance. We focus on building good study habits, independence, and confidence while ensuring assignments are completed correctly.


5:30–6:30 p.m. – Enrichment & Creative Activities
Once homework is complete, children participate in a variety of engaging activities, including:




  • Arts & crafts

  • Teamwork and group activities

  • Dramatic play and imaginative exploration


This time allows children to express creativity, build social skills, and end their day on a positive note.
