2 Year Old Program

At Yachad Kids Academy, our Toddler Program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 2–3. We offer full-time and part-time care for families in Buffalo Grove, IL and surrounding areas. With low teacher-to-child ratios, each child receives individual attention and support. All meals are included, and parents provide diapers, wipes, and pull-ups as their child begins potty training.

Our program gently introduces toddlers to a preschool-style routine while focusing on social, emotional, and early learning skills. Children explore through play, music, stories, art, and hands-on activities designed to support early language development and curiosity.

Morning Arrival - Child's Choice - Breakfast
As parents drop off their little once, a warm welcome awaits. Toddlers are free to explore, interact, and express as their curiosity guides them. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., and if the weather permits the outdoor playground is a must.

Introduction Preschool (9:00 am-12:30 pm)
In an effort to prepare our two year olds for their preschool years, we try to break up their morning routines into small scheduled increments. Circle time, art time, and story time are integral parts of their schedule as well as singing, letters, counting, colors, and shapes. During this time a healthy snack is offered and outdoor playtime is available.
